KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Respect of standards for safety and environment (To Control safety and environmental protection procedures and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment)
• Existence and evolution of verification and maintenance plans
• Reduction of quality failures due to energy
• Adequacy of means / production
• Reduction of energy and maintenance costs, improvement of availability of equipment ( reliability).
• Reduction of PDR consumption
• Efficiency of the Energy Sector and equipment reliability (Technical support to the operation, Troubleshooting and maintenance, quality related to the fluids, availability and durability, Definition of spare-parts need).
• Training of operators, maintenance staff for techniques and methods, and the users to "consume better"
• The sub-contracted activities are regularly assessed (EP applications rules, best practices compliance, respect for planning, costs, performance...).

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
  • High Pressure Pipe Welding: CWB certified.
  • Certification: Certified Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Millwright and/or Certified Red Seal Machinist.
  • Pipe Fitting Experience: Demonstrated experience in pipe fitting.
  • Maintenance Skills: Experience and proven abilities in the maintenance of boilers, pumps, HVAC systems, and air compressors.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to operate a JLG, work in confined spaces, and at heights.
  • Teamwork: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a commitment to safety.
  • Troubleshooting Experience: Proficient in equipment troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventative maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to obtain all mobile equipment license.Capable of working independently as well as part of a production team.Organizational skills and quality experience are a definite asset.Leadership skills and decision making are a definite asset.
