THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking motivated individuals who are tired of unpredictable schedules and want a real career path. This role is 70% customer service and 30% technical work - if you're good with people and have basic mechanical aptitude, we'll teach you the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide friendly, professional service to our commercial clients
• Learn to maintain and service commercial cleaning equipment
• Build relationships with customers across Saint John and Fredericton
• Enjoy the freedom of working independently on the road
• Solve problems and help businesses run smoothly
• Participate in fair on-call rotation (details discussed at interview)

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-Haves:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Hands-on problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Resourceful and self-motivated attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills

Nice-to-Have (but not required):

• Experience in any service industry
• Basic French language skills
• Any manual/trade work background
