Position: Operations Scheduler
Location: 2885 Lauzon PKWY, Windsor, ON
Status: Part-time
Hours: Saturday-Sunday 0700-1900 - Optional Friday shifts
Pay Rate: $18.50
Posting date: 11/5/2025

Essential Job Functions:
- Communicates information to Clients and Security Staff using telecommunications systems and equipment
- Answers calls received by Security Staff and General Public and dispatches Security Staff accordingly
- Updates and maintains the Security Incident database
- Update and maintains Security Staff schedules as changes arise during shift as well as filling shifts as vacancies arise
Requirements:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Strong leadership, organization and facilitation skills
- Strategic Thinking
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation.
- Proficiency in Computer Usage, with an ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software
- Experience in scheduling, administration or security supervision would be considered an asset
- Be willing to work flexible hours
