Lead QA Monitor

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead QA Monitor, reporting to the QA Supervisor at our St. George, NB facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor QA performance, efficiency, and data-logging accuracy.
• Conduct QA training sessions for team members.
• Perform daily internal facility audits to ensure compliance and operational quality.
• Monitor Out-of-Spec products and determine the root cause of nonconformities.
• Complete customer rectification inspections related to product complaints.
• Investigate customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis.
