We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us in the role of Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business with contractors, service companies, and tradespeople across Atlantic Canada. The focus of this role is on pressure washers, cleaning systems, and related contractor-grade tools and equipment. This position is a hands-on, relationship-based tole where product knowledge and customer service are vital. As a field-based sales rep, this role is focused on visiting customers in their workplaces to find the right solutions. We value hard work, dedication and offer health benefits and RRSP options.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, trades, and service professionals across Atlantic Canada.
  • Drive sales of pressure washers, cleaning systems, and related equipment, along with accessories and replacement parts.
  • Identify new accounts through cold calls, site visits, and local networking.
  • Provide on-site demonstrations and basic product training when needed.
  • Support existing customers with product advice, troubleshooting, and after-sales service coordination.
  • Work closely with the inside sales and service team to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity and customer needs to help shape our local sales strategy.
  • Above all, ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently being met.

Qualifications:

  • Outside sales experience, preferably in tools, equipment, or industrial products.
  • Knowledge of pressure washers or mechanical systems is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to listen to what a customer wants and help identify how our products fit their needs.
  • Self-starter with good organization and follow-up habits.
