We're looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our Property Department. You'll be a valued member of the go-to team for managing real estate transactions-residential, commercial, new construction, refinancing, and leasing. You'll work closely with lawyers, clients, lenders, and agents, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle real estate transactions including purchase, sales, refincances, and commercial transactions
- Conduct title searches, sub-searches, and resolve issues
- Prepare legal documents and coordinate with stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and support team development
- Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of client service
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in real estate transactions
- Paralegal diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in MS Office and legal software
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A collaborative mindset and mentoring spirit
