As our Marketing & Business Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our brand and business growth. You'll help shape how and where we show up, support our client relationships, and amplify our thought leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a team of talented and committed experts, contribute to high-impact projects, and build a career in a firm that values curiosity, care, and excellence. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you are a key member of a dynamic team.

We're looking for someone with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field with at least two years' experience, ideally in a professional services, recruitment, HR, or consulting environment. You have a keen eye for detail with strong writing and editing skills and you can manage multiple priorities and deadlines to support your efficient and effective teammates. You are experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with CRM and marketing tools. If you are proactive, professional, and collaborative with strong people skills we'd love to hear from you.
