Job Title: Industrial Painter
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)
Location: Long Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

About the Opportunity:Our client, a respected industrial contractor in the Long Harbour area, is seeking experienced Industrial Painter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to safety, quality, and employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
• Apply industrial coatings using spray, brush, or roller techniques.
• Mix and match paint and coating materials to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation of tools and painting systems.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial painting experience.
• Experience with industrial coatings and surface prep methods (e.g., sandblasting, epoxy, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
