Job Title: Warehouse Support - Furniture Distribution

Location: Scarborough, ON (near McCowan Rd & Steeles Ave)

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a general labour position at a high-end furniture distribution warehouse in Scarborough. This role involves a variety of warehouse functions including loading and unloading containers, order picking, product handling, and general upkeep. The position requires regular lifting and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and trailers
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
• Handle furniture and related products weighing up to 50-60 lbs
• Assist with minor assembly of furniture items
• Perform inventory counts and stock checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs or more (team assistance provided for heavier items)
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Work Conditions

This is a warehouse-based role in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Proper PPE must be worn at all times.
