In training the world's newest flight crews, it is essential to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining the College's fleet of aircraft.

MFC Training is currently looking for a Student Recruitment Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB on a fixed-term basis.

  • In conjunction with Student Services Administrator, act as an entry point contact for MFC inquiries including but not limited to the following:
    • Greeting students and external clients upon entry into the building;
    • Answering incoming calls and transferring accordingly;
    • Refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as required;
  • Under direction of Campus manager, and in conjunction with Student Services Admin, plan, execute, and meet monthly class recruitment targets.
  • Regular travel (domestic and international), as required to support outbound student recruitment efforts
  • Identify and attend student recruitment fairs and events to promote MFC Training, and recruit students.
  • In conjunction with student recruitment administrator, and Campus manager, organize and execute MFC Training Atlantic Canada High School tour.
  • Manage and monitor all incoming leads in conjunction with the admissions team;
  • Assist students through each step of the enrollment process;
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of web forms;
  • Liaise with the marketing team on updates to website and programs;
  • Assist students with applications for financing and government agencies;
  • Liaise with government agencies on behalf of matters that concern students;
  • Liaise with management with respect to student financial concerns;
  • Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports;
  • Assist with student medicals;
  • Coordinate with student program manager on new intakes;
  • Administrative duties with respect to student enrollment and orientation;
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are essential
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • The ability to fluently speak both English and French would be considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Flight Training experience is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with databases, specifically CRM is considered an asset
