WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and implement engaging content strategies aligned with current digital marketing trends and platform best practices.
  • Produce high quality visual assets through photography and videography to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Craft compelling copywriting that reinforces brand messaging and enhances creative output.
  • Manage and publish content across multiple social media platforms along with community building.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, delivering insights to optimize the content delivered in real time.
  • Collaborate with our internal team, ensuring the social marketing efforts are aligned with client objectives and overall marketing goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Not only understanding the type of content consumers are used to on each platform, but what drives both engagement and conversions.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles for content creation and brand consistency.
  • Strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to interpret market trends and manipulate consumer behavior.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

NICE TO HAVE (BONUS SKILLS)

  • Familiarity with media buying on social media channels.
  • Previous experience working in an agency or in a social marketing role.
