What's the opportunity?
We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who will work with Program Leads to drive the execution of complex AI initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination between technical development and business objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate and maintain strategic alignment on priorities between multiple engineering teams, product managers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to ensure unified execution toward common goals 
- End-to-end program delivery: Manage the lifecycle of multiple AI product workstreams from initial conception through technical development, testing, and production deployment, ensuring quality deliverables and timely execution 
- Strategic communication: Report comprehensive team updates, project milestones, and risk assessments on weekly and monthly cadences to leadership and stakeholders, providing clear visibility into program health and progress 
- Program leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation pathway for all program-related inquiries, decisions, and strategic communications across the organization 
- Innovation and efficiency: Leverage or develop internally facing AI-powered productivity tools and dashboards that streamline team communication, facilitate reporting processes, and enhance overall program visibility 
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
- Exceptional communication abilities: Demonstrated strength in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including individual contributors, cross-functional teams, and C-level executives, with proven ability to facilitate productive discussions across all organizational levels 
- Gen-AI technical fluency: Comprehensive understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and high level implementation strategies, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and drive informed decision-making across multiple engineering teams 
- Excellent organizational acumen: Outstanding organizational skills combined with advanced proficiency in modern productivity tools and project management platforms, enabling effective coordination and progress tracking in dynamic, fast-paced environments 
- Technical versatility: Hands-on experience building internal tools with the assistance of Gen-AI powered IDE and low code environments, for the purpose of using technology to directly support program management deliverables and stakeholder reporting requirements
