Holloway Lodging Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analysis Manager to support our growing portfolio of hotels and real estate projects. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA Designation
- 5-7 years of experience with in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
