Job Description

What's the Opportunity

Do you love turning data into stories that spark action? Are you energized by solving problems, connecting dots, and making an impact through insights? If so, this could be your next great move.

Join the Global Procurement Data Stewardship Team, where you'll help shape how data drives decision-making across Procurement. You'll work with a team of smart, curious, and collaborative professionals who are passionate about using analytics, storytelling, and technology to transform how we deliver value to the business.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to influence change, experiment with ideas, and see the tangible results of your work in real business outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, Procurement Reporting & Insights, you'll shape how data fuels smarter decisions across Procurement. You'll connect strategy, storytelling, and analytics - helping leaders see what's possible through the power of insight. This role is part strategist, part problem-solver, and part data translator - perfect for someone who loves bringing clarity and creativity to complex business questions.

What will you do?

  • Lead the vision for Procurement reporting and analytics - setting direction, defining priorities, and helping the organization see its story through data.
  • Partner with senior Procurement leaders to uncover opportunities, define key metrics, and turn business questions into insightful, actionable reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering and enterprise data teams to bring ideas to life - turning complex data structures into clear, usable tools for the business.
  • Dig into the data yourself to find patterns, uncover root causes, and tell stories that influence strategic decisions.
  • Empower others through data literacy, creating tools, guides, and self-serve resources that make it easy for business users to access insights on their own.
  • Design and evolve modern dashboards that do more than show numbers - they reveal trends, highlight opportunities, and spark better conversations.
  • Continuously improve how we use data, finding smarter, simpler, and more creative ways to deliver insights that move the business forward.
  • Champion data quality and governance, making sure our data is reliable, trusted, and ready for action.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business, financial, or operational analytics, with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and SQL.
  • Experience working with large databases (e.g., Teradata) and translating complex data into business-ready insights.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills - you know how to turn data into meaning.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst credentials.
  • Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
  • Deep curiosity about how things - and the initiative to improve them.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • A mindset that's allergic to mediocrity and thrives on continuous improvement.

What's in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
  • A world-class training program in financial services
  • Flexible work/life balance options
  • Opportunities to do challenging work
  • Opportunities to take on progressively greater accountabilities
  • Opportunities to building close relationships with clients
  • Access to a variety of job opportunities across business and geographies
