Lounsbury Chevrolet in Moncton is currently seeking Shop Foreman/woman for our busy collision centre (bodyshop). We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has a passion for vehicles.
The hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm (no Saturdays!)

- Job Dispatching & Workflow Management
- Assign repair jobs to technicians based on priority and availability.
- Ensure technicians have the next job ready with all necessary parts and documentation.
- Monitor and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Review all estimates and repair plans before work begins.
- Inspect body repairs before moving to the prep stage.
- Inspect prepped vehicles and mark them ready for paint using the designated system
- Team Leadership & Communication
- Conduct daily 2-minute pitch meetings to outline priorities and goals.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Provide coaching and support to technicians as needed.
- Facility & Equipment Management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and workspaces.
- Oversee care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Supervise purchasing of supplies and ensure proper inventory control.
- Customer Service & Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality repairs and minimize rework.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with estimators to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must have high school diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in an automotive body shop environment, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have a valid Driver's Licence and a clean Driver's Abstract
- Highly reliable and like to work as part of a team
