The salary scale for Professional Support 4 is based on steps that range from $77,924.62 - $100,491.74. New Professional Support employees may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $88,020.79 annually.
The Accreditation and Quality Consultant will report jointly to the Dean and Associate Dean and is responsible for a full range of continuous quality assurance activities that would contribute to ensuring and meeting regulatory and or accreditation standards as established for each program within the School of Health and Human Services.
The Accreditation and Quality Consultant will:
- Play a leadership role in the accreditation/program approval process, including the development of documents, managing multiple priorities and timelines, communication with regulatory and or accreditation bodies and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Be involved in the development of quality improvement initiatives in programs across the school.
- Support the data requirements for quality assurance and planning, including research, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary degree in a related discipline such as. education, health, social services, business administration or another relevant discipline.
- Project management certificate would be an asset.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of recent and related occupational experience in leading projects, which ideally include accreditation and /or quality improvement processes.
- Occupational experience that includes experience in the delivery of programs in health and human services would be considered an asset.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail Sharepoint, Adobe, Excel, MS Teams.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in your daily work including facilitation of virtual meetings.
- You have experience in research, data collection, financial tracking and report writing.
