JOB PURPOSE: PROVIDES QUALITY CARE TO RESIDENTS by Meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the residents while promoting their well being.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

• Nova Scotia Certification as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or
• Nova Scotia Certification as Personal Care Worker earlier then 2006 and have been working in that capacity for 12 months prior or
• Currently enrolled as an LPN or RN student from a recognized course, or
• Completion of the 1st four modules of the CCA course with plans to complete CCA program within three years.
