💼 Salary Band: $75,200 - $122,200 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $76,000 - $86,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).
📍 Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from either our Moncton, NB or Halifax, NS Office.
- Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, based in Moncton, NB preferred.
- After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
📋 Role Highlights:
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitor & Optimize Performance: Analyze KPIs, identify cost and revenue drivers, and continuously refine dashboards and metrics.
- Collaborate in Agile Sprints: Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support Business Intelligence: Contribute to BI initiatives and maintain alignment with organizational standards and evolving tools.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Detect issues early, perform "what-if" analyses, and provide analytics that inform planning across financial, customer, process, and workforce areas.
- Champion Data Consistency: Partner with business units and analysts to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting and shared understanding of performance frameworks.

- Morning: Join the daily stand-up, align on sprint priorities, and review data tasks.
- Midday: Analyze datasets, build queries, and collaborate on insights.
- Afternoon: Present findings, refine dashboards, and support decision-making.
- End-of-Day: Share learnings, update Jira, and contribute to retrospectives.

🎓 What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office product suite.
- Experience with data engineering concepts-such as building scalable data pipelines or working with cloud-based data infrastructure-is a strong asset.
- Experience with data engineering concepts or tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large, messy datasets.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply and reside in Atlantic Canada.
Assets (Nice to Have):
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Understanding of Enterprise Data Strategy (EDS) principles and how they support scalable, insight-driven decision-making across business units.
