Job Title: Construction Labourer

Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Advantage Personnel is seeking experienced Construction Labourers for a client in Bedford, NS. This hands-on, active role supports construction projects through demolition, site preparation, and general labour tasks. If you have construction experience and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction labour on building sites
• Assist with demolition, site cleaning, and site preparation
• Safely use hand tools such as hammers, crowbars, and other equipment
• Support the team with additional tasks as required

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Previous construction experience required
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Fall arrest and scissor lift tickets are an asset
• Must have personal protective equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and CSA steel-toe boots
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
