Office of the President - Strategic Enrolment Management

The Strategic Enrolment unit, under the leadership of the Senior Advisor, drives institutional enrolment strategy through integrated planning, policy alignment, and cross-sector collaboration. With a strong emphasis on strategic initiatives in healthy program enrolment and growth, the office facilitates coordination across academic units, student services, stakeholders and external partners to support long-term enrolment sustainability and student success. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic enrolment projects, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and fostering effective stakeholder engagement across complex initiatives.

Salary Range: $50,245 - $68,479 per annum

YOUR FOCUS

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, this role will help identify specific project needs and how to meet them while also playing a key administrative role in the office.

Position Summary

  • Coordinate and manage calendars for Senior Advisor and presidential project stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in preparing materials for executive level discussions.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and ensure timely follow ups.
  • Create and refine slide decks, proposals, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct targeted research to inform project planning and decision making.
  • Summarize findings in formats suitable for executive review and strategic planning.
  • Assist in compiling and presenting data.
  • Support the development of data packages for strategic planning and reporting.
  • Conduct regular literature scans and sector scans for best practices and innovations.
  • Provide flexible support for evolving office needs, contributing to initiatives and tasks hat advance operational effectiveness and strategic goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and/or consulting experience with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading projects through execution, ideally in a post-secondary context. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is essential.

Additional Strengths:

  • Experience working with strategic data, including compiling, interpreting and presenting data.
  • Proven ability to support change initiatives.
  • Experience developing communication materials and managing platforms like SharePoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
