We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions. The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital identity platforms that enable personalized and compliant customer experiences.

Here's where you'll be focusing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture design of SAP CDC solutions across web, mobile, and API channels.
  • Define integration patterns with downstream applications (CRM, ERP, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics, etc.).
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Implementation Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams on SAP CDC configurations (registration flows, progressive profiling, social login, preference management, consent).
  • Design and implement authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) frameworks.
  • Oversee API management, data flows, and middleware integrations.
  • Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish CIAM best practices, reusable templates, and reference architectures.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution audits.
  • Define standards for identity lifecycle management, privacy, and data protection.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and security teams to drive solution delivery.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CDC capabilities.

What you have to offer:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2+ years hands-on with SAP CDC (Gigya).
  • Strong understanding of CIAM concepts: authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, preference & consent management.
  • Experience integrating SAP CDC with enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, custom apps).
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JSON, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of security & privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Customer Data Cloud professional.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to other CIAM tools (Okta/Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID) for comparative solutioning.
  • Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines for CIAM solution delivery.
  • Previous consulting or large-scale digital transformation experience.
