About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to take on the essential responsibilities of managing payroll and finance operations. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions while supporting our team's financial objectives. As a Payroll and Finance Administrator, you will be the backbone of our financial processes, providing critical support and insights to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Experience in Government Remittance such as CPP, EI, WCB

Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.

Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a professional manner.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline payroll and financial processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in Payroll, Accounting, Bookkeeping or a related field.

Proven experience in payroll processing and finance administration.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations.

Proficient in using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
