Horizon Health Network in beautiful New Brunswick is looking for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team!

Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a skilled, dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Improvement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem solving, critical thinking and a customer centric approach.

Who you are

You have a 2 year diploma in business administration, human resources or a minimum of 5 years related work experience. You have a minimum of 2 years knowledge of process improvement including techniques and tools of LEAN and Six Sigma, in addition to experience working on projects. Previous experience in HR systems would be an asset. You have an advance proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook in addition to experience in using HTML and performing web maintenance.

What you will do

  • Create, develop and modify standard operating procedures, procedures and process maps
  • Develop, implement and perform data quality audits
  • Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and training needs related to procedures
  • Maintenance of web pages, HR systems, scripting of data
  • Communicate and train on procedures
  • Provide basic training on HR systems and respond to HR system inquiries
