Job Title: Team Lead (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Pointe-Claire
Salary: $24.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Team Lead to support and oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who can prioritize, delegate, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and delegate tasks across the warehouse team
• Ensure safety and security regulations are always followed
• Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring all orders meet customer-specific policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for management
• Ensure equipment is functioning and that supplies are stocked
• Support and guide the team, including training coordination
• Assist with planning and execution of large jobs or projects
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and lead effectively
• Steel toe boots required (voucher provided)

Job Title: Warehouse Worker (Records Facility Representative - RFR)

Location: Pointe-Claire
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are hiring a Warehouse Worker (Records Facility Representative) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders
• Handle inbound items
• Create work orders and bills of lading
• Perform inventory counts
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Use shipping software (experience is an asset)

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly in French & English (spoken and written)
• Basic Excel skills required
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred
• Steel toe boots required
