Source Atlantic is seeking a Quotes & Contracts Coordinator in Saint John, NB

Reporting to the Strategic Business Opportunities Manager, the key responsibilities of the Quotes & Contracts Administrator include:

• Identifying & compiling data (from multiple industries and vendors) to prepare competitive quotes and tender responses in a deadline based environment
• Coordinating resources to implement and manage customer contracts
• Communicating with multiple internal resources to prepare documentation for time sensitive customer requests

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Post-secondary education (University or College)
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must be organized, detailed and deadline oriented
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Interested in continuous process improvement
• Ability to multi-task
