The opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in SmartRecruiters to join our HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR systems, process optimization, and digital enablement. You will lead functional engagements that help clients optimize and govern their SmartRecruiters platform to deliver efficient and scalable talent acquisition processes.
Your key responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Governance
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to align SmartRecruiters platform capabilities with business goals.
- Advise clients on platform governance, compliance, and process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops to translate business requirements into SmartRecruiters configurations.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the configuration and deployment of SmartRecruiters modules and features.
- Design workflows, forms, and user experiences tailored to client needs.
- Support integration with third-party systems (e.g., background checks, HRIS platforms).
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage platform analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Introduce innovations such as automation, mobile enablement, and personalized candidate experiences.
- Monitor adoption and performance metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
Project Delivery
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Support testing, training, and change enablement activities.
- Ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the HR tech team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters platform configuration and optimization.
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead functional workshops.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR technology consulting, talent acquisition or system administration, with a focus on SmartRecruiters.
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing SmartRecruiters platform (asset)
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience with SmartRecruiters implementation projects.
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory requirements in talent acquisition.
- Experience with analytics and experience platforms.
