Job Summary
The Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care Program is seeking an experienced and motivated health care professional with a collaborative leadership style to join its management team. The Division Manager role is responsible for the overall planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient and client services. The position includes accountability for human resource management, such as recruitment and staffing; financial management and resource planning; and the development, monitoring, and evaluation of program goals and objectives. The role also involves creating and implementing policies and standards, as well as leading quality improvement initiatives. The Division Manager will oversee, and support projects connected to the rehabilitation program. These may include representing the program on regional committees, leading quality improvement efforts, managing intake and discharge planning, and guiding the implementation of technical solutions.
Job Qualifications
Education
A Baccalaureate Degree in a health related discipline is required.
Master's degree in the applicable area is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in rehabilitation within the last seven (7) is required.
Management experience is required.
