As a Sales Representative with Steele Valley Chevrolet, you'll do more than sell cars, you'll create experiences. From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle, you'll play a key role in one of life's most exciting purchases. Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000 + Annually!) Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount. What You'll Be Doing:- Build strong, genuine relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs.
- Guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey, from first introduction to delivery.
- Showcase product knowledge and highlight the benefits of the Chevrolet, Buick and GMC brands and pre-owned inventory.
- Deliver a positive, customer-first experience every step of the way.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and contribute to dealership success.
- Stay current on product features, promotions, and industry trends.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Strong communication and people skills with a passion for helping others.
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but we're open to training motivated candidates.
- Goal-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Energetic, professional, and eager to learn.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
