Job Summary
This position is responsible for arranging transportation of client supply and equipment orders with various internal and external stakeholders. Handles and answers all phone calls from various stakeholders as it pertains to the Special Assistance Program (SAP) and completes data entry, accurate record keeping and maintenance of new and existing clients within the SAP program database and related shared drives. Processes client orders for various client programs and handles client equipment returns. Processes and communicates with all stakeholders in regards to urgent supply orders for the SAP. Handles and resolves all inquiries, complaints and other matters associated with the program and uses multiple programs such as Meditech, Access database, sendtrack, shared drives, etc.

Constantly performs fine finger/precision work while sitting and using a computer mouse, telephone, entering data, and other duties.
Work provides the opportunity to stand and walk and to take postural breaks (sit, stand or walk) within the office environment.
Regularly required to perform bilateral repetitive fine motor skills when performing various computer work duties that involve typing and use of the computer's mouse.
Job Qualifications
Successful completion of a one-year Office Administration program from an approved/recognized college is required.
A satisfactory record of work performance is required.
*Proof of a current office administration program is required. To be considered current, it must have been completed within the last five years, unless it has been used in recent positions. This must be demonstrated on the application form.
