Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the Business Development Unit within Enterprise Services as a Project Coordinator on a 1-year opportunity, with the possibility of extension. The Business Development Unit provides support to enhance operational readiness and service delivery in Oracle Fusion. The team works closely with other areas of Service New Brunswick and GNB Departments involved with a transformational change initiative.

As a member of the Business Development Unit, you will be responsible for supporting client groups working in a new system (Oracle Fusion). Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the coordination of training sessions (posting, scheduling, distribution of materials, delivery support, evaluation processing & reporting and post-training follow-up).
  • Operating as the communication conduit between clients and SNB Business Development Unit and actively monitoring/managing requests received through the team mail account.
  • Supporting project leads by maintaining stakeholder registers, coordinating meetings & communications and occasionally facilitating small group meetings.
  • Performing regular analysis of work assignment tickets to ensure up-to-date status, tracking updates, identifying potential bottlenecks and preparing monthly team operations reporting.
  • Continuously improving operations by ensuring the effectiveness of mechanism(s) for the gathering and distribution of operational reports to stakeholders and providing ongoing support (as required) to team members to further enhance client experience.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must possess a university degree in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. A solid ability to use office technology and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Forms, Power BI)

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. An Intermediate Plus level is required in both languages.

Salary: $53,222 - $73,528 Annually – Pay Band 3 – Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
