Salary: To be commensurate with qualifications and experience in the range of $86,846 - $102,172 per annum.

The Director of Enrolment Services is a key role in Acadia University's growth and sustainability, responsible for overseeing all aspects of student recruitment and domestic enrolment. The Director will set enrolment targets, develop strategies to attract students, and ensure the University meets its enrolment goals, directly influencing tuition revenue, academic profile, and institutional reputation. This position requires a balance of short-term responsiveness and long-term strategic vision, with the Director developing and executing multi-year enrolment strategies that drive growth and align recruitment efforts with Acadia's academic priorities.
The Director will lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing clear direction and operational oversight to ensure the effective execution of enrolment initiatives. This includes guiding a cohesive strategy that integrates marketing, communications, and partnerships to attract a diverse range of students. This role involves collaborating with faculty, admissions, and student services to align enrolment strategies with academic offerings and institutional capacity, ensuring that recruitment efforts are well-coordinated and impactful.
The Director will manage a significant recruitment budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve measurable enrolment outcomes. Expertise in market analysis, forecasting enrolment trends, and budget management will be crucial in contributing to the University's financial sustainability and long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Higher Education Administration, or a related field. A combination of education and senior-level experience in enrolment management may also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in student recruitment, enrolment services, marketing, or a related field. Experience in higher education is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in strategic planning, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting enrolment outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools for recruitment and enrolment management.
