We are currently seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team based in the Firm's Halifax office.

The Opportunity:
The Firm is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead a newly established function within the Finance team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to build and shape a high-impact team from the ground up, driving financial strategy and insight across the organization. As a key member of the Finance leadership group, the Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding firmwide initiatives through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with department leaders and lawyers to translate operational drivers into actionable financial insights. This role will lead the annual revenue budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, develop sophisticated financial models, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Acting as a trusted advisor, the manager will champion continuous improvement and innovation across the Finance function, including projects and automation initiatives.
If you have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field and 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis we would like to hear from you. The ideal candidate would possess a CPA or MBA and have 2+ years in a people management role.
