G Class Local Delivery Driver

Job Title: G-Class Delivery Driver

Location: Burlington, ON - Walkers Line & North Service Rd

Shift: DAY Shift, Monday - Friday; Saturdays as required

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour to start

We are hiring G-Class Delivery Drivers for a large tire distributor in the Halton/Niagara region. You will complete local deliveries to retailers and dealerships while operating a cargo van or box truck. Qualified applicants will have a clean driver's abstract and a valid G-Class Driver's License. General labour is required and lifting up to 50lbs when offloading deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company cargo van or box truck.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Complete deliveries to customer locations in Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford, and Niagara regions.
• Load and unload tires and tires on rims.
• Follow delivery instructions, GPS routes, and coordinate with dispatchers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-2 years of commercial driving experience completing deliveries in the GTA.
• Valid G-Class Driver's License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to provide a Driver's Abstract dated within last 30 days .
• Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search .
• Able to comfortably lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs during a shift.
