JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Regional Director of Communications, the incumbent plays a key role in planning, coordinating and implementing communications projects designed to promote Vitalité Health Network's brand image and activities. The incumbent actively contributes to the roll-out of communication projects, both internally and externally.
The coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with processes and monitoring various graphic design, digital and event-related projects. In particular, they coordinate projects for the development of visual and multimedia content, social media platforms, website management and optimization, and support for the organization of events and communication campaigns.
Creative and quality-focused, the Communications Coordinator ensures timely and effective delivery of the various project components in collaboration with stakeholders. Working closely with the team and internal and external partners, the coordinator oversees consistency, quality and file management, while promoting the organization's brand image and strategic priorities.
With their versatility and organizational skills, the incumbent will be expected to manage several projects simultaneously, respond to a variety of requests and adapt to the changing needs of clients. Other related responsibilities in communications, graphic production or digital projects may be assigned depending on emerging priorities.
Their cross-functional role involves close and ongoing collaboration with the communications and engagement team, as well as with the many stakeholders who play a part in achieving the organizational goals of the Vitalité Network. Additional related responsibilities concerning the continuous improvement of communication and engagement processes may also be assigned, depending on emerging needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Postsecondary diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, administration or a relevant field;
- Combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
- Three to five years' experience coordinating communications;
- Keen organizational and communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, and proven writing skills;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge and skills in continuous improvement;
- Ability to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment with tight deadlines;
- Recognized skills in multidisciplinary teamwork and interpersonal relations;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;
- Adherence to Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality rules.
