Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 (per hour depending on experience)

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8am - 5pm (shifts may be subject to change)

Location: Ottawa East

We are currently hiring experienced 310S Licensed Automotive Technicians to join our client's dynamic team at a busy, locally owned dealership located in Ottawa East. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering competitive hourly wages based on experience and certifications.

As a 310S Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles using the latest diagnostic tools and OEM procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using modern diagnostic tools and OEM procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance, vehicle inspections, and scheduled servicing.
• Disassemble, fabricate, weld, and reassemble components as necessary.
• Document work thoroughly, maintain accurate service/repair records, and communicate clearly with customers and advisors.
• Test drive vehicles and validate repairs.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment; adhere to safety protocols.
• Mentor or support junior or apprentice technicians (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Valid/certified 310S Automotive Service Technician/Journeyperson license in Ontario (in good standing).
• Proven experience as a 310S technician.
• Ford Certified (would be considered a strong asset).
• Proficiency with diagnostics, electrical systems, scan tools, and OEM repair procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and attention to detail.
• Valid Ontario driver's license (G) and clean driving record.
• Own tool set (or willingness to acquire).
• Must wear CSA-approved steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes while on the job.
