Nova Scotia Power is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to support the development and delivery of end-user training as part of a large-scale enterprise system transformation at Nova Scotia Power. Reporting to the Training Lead, the Training Delivery Specialist will help plan, coordinate, and deliver learning solutions that prepare employees for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting training logistics and delivery, with an interest in learning development. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about helping others succeed through change.
Key elements of this role include:
- Supporting the execution of the ERP training strategy and plan
- Assisting with the coordination of training sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, enrolment, and communications
- Delivering training sessions prepared by the Training Lead or subject matter experts
- Assisting with the creation and formatting of training materials, including manuals, job aids, and presentations
- Tracking training attendance, feedback, and completion metrics to monitor effectiveness
- Maintaining training content repositories and supporting version control and updates
- Gathering user feedback to identify gaps or areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the Change Management, Communications, and Business Readiness teams to ensure alignment of messaging and support

To thrive in this role, you recognize yourself in most of the following competencies and skills listed below:
- Degree or diploma in Education, Business, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- 1-2 years of experience in training and delivery, preferably within a project or systems environment
- Proven ability to present and facilitate confidently with groups of varying sizes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with creating documentation and presentations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
