We're currently looking for a Technical Consultant to join our talented Managed IT Services team in St. John's, Newfoundland. Within this role you will work in a hybrid environment - working from home and our office at 210 Water St. - and travel to customer locations throughout the region as required.

What You'll Do:

• Keeping our clients' systems, networks, and infrastructure running smoothly every day across Atlantic Canada -think of yourself as their tech lifesaver!
• Partnering directly with clients to understand their tech needs, troubleshoot glitches, and come up with smart solutions that keep everything humming.
• Jumping on service requests quickly and tracking your progress in our ticketing system like a pro.
• Teaming up with your fellow tech wizards to tackle challenges and make sure clients are always happy.
• Pitching in on sales efforts by sharing your tech know-how and helping show off what we can do.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant post-secondary education paired with 3-4 years of solid, hands-on experience in a related IT field.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Experience managing and using remote monitoring and alerting systems to stay ahead of potential challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take decisive action and deliver timely results.
• In-depth knowledge of SMB IT network infrastructure, including domain administration, security protocols, and end-user equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services to support modern business environments.
• Experience working with MS Server, Desktop OS, and VMWare environments to maintain smooth operations.
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with active listening abilities to engage with clients, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate seamlessly with team members.

Additional requirements:

• Valid driver's license without restrictions, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel to various client locations within St. John's and surrounding area.
