Who We're Looking For?

Essential Requirements:

• Flooring/Tile Industry Experience - You know the products, understand installation requirements, and can speak the technical language
• Strong Contractor Network - Established relationships with local installers, builders, and contractors in the Greater Moncton area
• Proven Sales Track Record - Experience in B2B sales and contractor account management
• Building Materials Knowledge - Understanding of substrates, setting materials, grout systems, and installation specifications
• Retail Management Experience - Track record of managing inventory, staff, and customer relationships
• Bilingual (French/English) - Preferred but not mandatory if all other qualifications are exceptional

You Bring:

• 3-5+ years in flooring/tile or related building materials industry
• Existing relationships with Moncton area contractors and builders
