In this role, you will:

  • Manage campaign timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals and timely delivery across direct mail, digital, and monthly giving channels.
  • Coordinate data requests and transfers for campaigns, ensuring accuracy, security, and proper coding for tracking and reporting across digital, monthly and mail channels.
  • Maintain and update integrated marketing calendars and reporting tools to support campaign planning, performance analysis, and cross-team visibility
  • Contribute to special projects that promote marketing channel integration and collaboration.
  • Liaise with Philanthropy Marketing Operations and Donor Experience teams to ensure campaign tracking, coding, and donor data accuracy are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for Planned Giving, including creative development, stakeholder approvals, and production oversight.
  • Participate in quarterly planning sessions with direct mail vendors and contribute to artwork review, segmentation alignment, and testing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of tailored donor engagement strategies and stewardship plans in collaboration with team members.

What we are looking for:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Fund Development, Project Management, or equivalent experience, combined with a minimum of 4-7 years in fundraising, project management, direct marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the charitable sector.
  • Ability to work independently, move projects from conceptual stages to launch, and handle multiple and often competing deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, creative with problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to deal calmly with pressure and deadlines and to communicate with diplomacy in all scenarios
  • Collaborative team player able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency using MS Office and Excel
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (Jira, Basecamp, Monday.com) and CRM software (BBCRM, FRU, HubSpot) is an asset
  • Fluency in English is required, French is an asset.
