Our client is seeking a Sales Analyst (Executive Administrator & Office Manager) who thrives on supporting leadership, streamlining business processes, and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and minute-taking.
- Manage CRM system records and support financial and accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee daily office operations, supply management, and document control.
- Support HR-related tasks including onboarding, expense management, and internal reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, webinars, and conferences.
- Assist with marketing activities such as content scheduling, campaign monitoring, and event logistics.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for external partners and clients.
- Organize internal documentation and support process improvements to ensure business continuity.
- Assist with international project administration, particularly maritime-related projects.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365, Power BI, Copilot, and other software tools to support decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Role Requirements
The successful candidate will be:
- A natural communicator with strong writing and speaking skills.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and able to make digital systems work seamlessly.
- A collaborative team player across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Data-driven and analytical, able to turn insights into action.
- Calm under pressure, dependable, and positive in fast-moving environments.
- Discreet and professional, especially when handling financials or executive support.
- Customer-focused, approachable, and engaging with partners and clients.
- Eligible to work in both in Canada and the United States preferred.
- Dutch language skills are an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support, office administration, or operations coordination.
- Relevant college or university degree.
