Service New Brunswick Talent and Culture Consultant – Leadership Development Lead Temporary – 2 years, full-time - with possibility of extension Flexible location within New Brunswick Pay Band 4 Open Competition 14763 (R85-2025/26-439) Service New Brunswick (SNB) is seeking a creative, results-oriented, self-motivated individual to join the People and Culture team as a Talent and Culture Consultant – Leadership Development Lead. Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Culture, the Talent and Culture Consultant will support Service New Brunswick in the development and implementation of initiatives stemming from its Leadership Development Framework. The Talent and Culture Consultant will work in close collaboration with the People and Culture team to ensure the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of human resource programs and initiatives that align with organizational development goals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Advanced level is required in both languages. Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.
