- Guide members through the COR® certificate on process, providing accurate information and keeping records up to date?
- Keep things running smoothly by managing payments, maintaining databases, coordinating mail and supplies, and providing administrative support across the team?
- Assist with logistics for training sessions, workshops, and events, including room setup, catering, and technical troubleshooting for online training?
What success looks like:
- Members and visitors feel welcome, respected, and supported in every interaction with CSNS.
- Training sessions and programs run smoothly, with accurate registrations, responsive support, and seamless logistics.
- COR® participants receive clear, timely guidance to help them navigate certification and maintain compliance.
- Administrative processes are efficient and accurate, supporting both the Dartmouth and Sydney offices and the broader CSNS team.
