Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
- Managing and updating customer accounts
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
