Job Summary
The TDR Tester plays a critical role in the successful implementation of the CorCare Health Information System by conducting end-to-end testing of workstations, peripherals, and printers across clinical and administrative environments. This position ensures that all devices function correctly within the workflows prior to go-live, contributing to a seamless transition for end users. The successful applicant may also be required to support a call centre for the project. This position will require extensive travel throughout the province as required.
Key Responsibilities
? Visit assigned sites to test all Epic-related hardware including workstations, printers, and peripherals.
? Log into each workstation and execute predefined test scripts in Epic Hyperspace.
? Document test results and report issues using designated tools (e.g., TDR Testing Tracker, help desk ticketing system).
? Collaborate with the command center to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
? Retest devices after remediation to ensure full functionality.
? Maintain detailed records of testing activities and outcomes.
? Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Qualifications
? A minimum of one year post-secondary certificate/diploma in Office Administration
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
? Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinical environments.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Effective communication skills for issue reporting and coordination.
? A Valid Class 05 Newfoundland and Labrador?s driver?s license.
? A private vehicle is a condition of employment.
? A satisfactory record of attendance and work performance.
Working Conditions
? Frequent travel between sites.
? Testing during core and off-peak hours.
? Exposure to clinical environments and sensitive equipment.
