We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Technician to work between our Lantz and Bedford office locations. This is a term position until Christmas to assist during a project roll out. This position will be responsible for providing helpdesk support, installing new equipment, troubleshooting and resolving desktop issues. The candidate will work with a team of others and will be responsible to provide frontline technical support for our various offices around the Maritimes.
· Provide support to helpdesk support line and email queue
Triage incoming requests to our service desk and assign appropriately
Installing new equipment applications and upgrades
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
Create documentation as required and contribute to knowledge base
This position requires flexibility in hours of work and the ability to travel to the various business units periodically
- Post secondary training in a related field
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent client service
- Experience with current Microsoft, Adobe and Apple products would be considered and asset
