We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Moncton team. This is a leadership role that requires strategic oversight, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion. - Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple high-value construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Acadian's high standards of quality.
- Project Oversight: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Problem Solving: Use advanced problem-solving skills to address challenges and keep projects on track, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement while building a culture of trust and high performance.
- Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened.
- Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- 10+ years of senior project management experience in the construction industry, with a proven record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
- A diploma in Engineering Technology or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, and advanced skills in the MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality results.
- Proficiency in French (oral and written) is an asset but not required.
