Acadian Construction is seeking a Preconstruction & Business Development Manager to play a key role in building our presence in Halifax. This position combines relationship development with technical preconstruction expertise, ensuring Acadian is well-positioned to win and deliver projects in the commercial construction market.

We are looking for a construction professional, whether your background is in estimating, project management, or preconstruction, who can leverage technical knowledge and industry experience to build strong client connections. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, shaping pursuits, and collaborating with the Regional Director and Estimating team to align strategy with execution.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor, ideally in estimating, project management, or business development.
• Established network within Halifax's AEC and development community.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative.
• Proven relationship-building skills, with a reputation for dependability and follow-through.
• Strategic mindset with an eye for aligning short-term wins with long-term positioning.
