The Role

We are seeking an Architectural Technologist / AutoCAD Technician with proven experience in single-family, luxury residential projects in North America. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce accurate construction documentation while working collaboratively with our design team.

Important. MUST READ. Candidates MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in luxury residential, single-family projects in North America. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce accurate, detailed AutoCAD drawings for luxury residential projects.
* Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with design intent.
* Prepare construction documentation packages, including plans, elevations, and details.
* Interpret design concepts into technical solutions that meet both aesthetic and performance goals.
* Manage revisions, updates, and drawing standards to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience working on single-family, luxury residential projects in North America.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level required).
* Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and detailing for luxury residential projects.
* Excellent technical drafting and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.

Interview Process

As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete a timed 4-hour AutoCAD test project to demonstrate technical proficiency and attention to detail.
