Assumption Life is currently looking for an HR Advisor to contribute to the success of our committed and dedicated HR team, working in support of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the management of recruitment files;

  • Administer employee records through the HRIS system;

  • Manage ergonomics and workplace environment files, including hybrid work and international work policies;

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by administering the orientation program;

  • Support the HR team in developing programs to meet business needs;

  • Conduct HR research, support projects, prepare reports and analyses, and assist with HR initiatives;

  • Participate in the development and updating of various HR policies.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, oral and written;

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Administration;

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience;

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook;

  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;

  • Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
