What you will be doing…
- This position will provide support and guidance for central office, facilities and campus finance staff regarding accounts payable.
- This position is also responsible for weekly scheduled payments to vendors (including student refunds), auditing of invoices to college policy prior to payment; providing support to Facilities regarding payment of invoices, holdback tracking and reconciliation, ensuring large projects are coded properly, regular reconciliation of accounts payable balance to vendor statements, and communication with vendors as required.

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary diploma in Business
- You have a minimum of three years of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced, office environment.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, Excel and accounting software packages. Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an asset.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology, and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work
